Our platform connects users with independent psychic advisors for readings via chat, phone, or video. We serve as a marketplace and do not directly provide psychic readings. All advisors are independent practitioners.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Readings Disclaimer
Psychic readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. They should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any reading.
5. Payment Terms
Reading rates are set by individual advisors and displayed on their profile. Charges are billed per minute. New clients receive 3 free introductory minutes with their first advisor. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
6. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a reading, you may request a review within 24 hours. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure a positive experience for all users.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to harass advisors, share inappropriate content, attempt to solicit personal contact information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or any reading obtained through it.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
